Brazilian Blowout Free feedback from stylists

I had it done on my hair it did nothing ! It left my hair frizzy dry and did not do what it says it does ! The company is not even letting me make complaints on Instagram ! They blocked me ! I spent over 300$ for nothing! DON?T DO IT !

Do not get it. It doesnt work, kills the hair immediately in the first step. Hair is stiff, rough and extremely dry, complaints from over 47 clients done by several hairstylists who were trained properly and given ?hacks? if there were issues after providing the service. Several hairstylists were also treated poorly when they contacted Brazilian Blowout Customer Service stating ?you are the first person to complain you must be doing something wrong?. Totally disappointed with product and the response from the company.

Yes, my poor hairdresser?s phone calls were ignored. Online she was told she needed more education. She did it exactly per the instructions. How insulting!

I just got the Brazilian Blowout Free done. We reviewed the instructions, followed them perfectly, and I read through this post for tips prior. I?m incredibly sad. My hair feels dry and it is still very frizzy after washing. It is not like the original product at all, which I have been using for years. I miss the silkiness I am used to having after my BB. Is there anyway to get the original product now? Or are there any other recommendations out there?

Again as stated before the mix solution definitely wasn?t properly rinse and cleansed out . I assure if you the stylist Went back in Hot rinsed for 3 min 2-3 cleanses TILL NO SMELL Towel dryed Apply the fragile laminator for 20 min Rinsed Towel dried Lightly dust the coarse lam Blow dried in And flat ironed in You would be fine Here?s an example of someone going back in when they had the same experience you had <image>

We did. We absolutely made sure we followed that step because you stated multiple times that that was the most important thing to do. Washed it for over 3 minutes. Multiple times. There was no chemical scent left in my hair. It just didn?t work. My hair feels drier than before. I have been a faithful BB user for 10 years and love the companies products. . I had complete faith that it would work. This just didn?t. My hair feels stripped Also. Your new step requires applying product 3 times. That?s just too much. It was already a lengthy process.

And i don?t think your understanding the mix solution is still is in your hair . I fixed countless BBFREE for People just not doing that one step correctly.
