Wow. Your hair story sounds like mine. Im a guy. But i have what id call "french waves" but with lots (thick) of fine hair. So poof! I've been interested in keratin treatments, but holy $$$ ?? I do like my waves though. Did the keratin treatment make your hair straight? Or does it just hold better to straightening now?

It?s perfectly straight now! No styling required. My stylist told me that I had the perfect hair type for a treatment like this actually. With my hair being fine and only slightly wavy, she told me achieving the straight and sleek look will be easy for me and take less time than thicker or curler hair. She said if I was very curly, keratin treatments would only take me down to wavy. So it depends on your starting texture apparently. If you?re very curly, she told me the only thing that can really permanently get you stick straight is Japanese straightening (QiQi) but it?s a crazy 6 hr procedure and very expensive.
